Dr. Amy Graglia, Founder of Novi and Head of Research, brings over two decades of expertise in ethnographic research and data analysis. Her career began in Mexico City with the Federal Government, eventually leading her to Silicon Valley, where she collaborated with tech companies and emerging startups. Dr. Graglia specializes in utilizing ethnographic methods to decipher market complexities, transforming these insights into solutions for intricate business challenges. She holds a PhD in sociology, with a specialization in statistics and ethnographic methods.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Dr. Graglia is an avid sailor, mountain biker, and skier/snowboarder. She founded and operates 'Sailing into Science,' a nonprofit organization that leverages sailing to teach physics to underrepresented youth from California's agricultural communities. She loves animals, kids, and goofing off.
