Research should produce solutions not data!
Our core belief is that research is worthless if it is not replicable. We work with academics to double-check each tool we design to ensure the methodology will reproduce replicable results. We also have a 1 to 3 ratio policy for data analysis. For every “hour” of data received, we spend 3 hours analyzing and making sense of it. We strive not only to understand the feedback we receive but also to contextualize it within the business and its overall growth objectives. This process requires time and thorough analysis, incorporating both social behavior data and business intelligence.
We use research to directly inform business strategies for growth
We employ a unique research methodology that has been designed over years of combining academic research and business insights which combines statistical analysis, qualitative insights, which ethnographic research to identify and optimize growth opportunities. This comprehensive approach informs strategies for customer acquisition, retention, reducing churn, boosting customer lifetime value (LTV) and loyalty.
We guarantee the strategies will perform
Post research/close of project, Novi commits to two optional and complimentary check-in points within the next 6 months. The first check-in, involves a review of the strategy's progress, addressing any emerging questions or concerns, and gathering additional insights if necessary. The second check-in assesses whether the implemented strategies are influencing the predefined metrics and KPIs set up by Novi and the company to track success. If there is no noticeable impact, Novi Research will conduct a complimentary diagnostic research study to identify the issues and suggest modifications for greater effectiveness.
It's important to highlight that Novi Research remains engaged with our clients throughout the strategy implementation phase. This commitment stems from our belief that research should unequivocally contribute to a positive impact on a brand or company. It should be noted that our methodology is incredibly rigorous and highly effective. Consequently, our post check-ins ultimately become an assessment of the effectiveness of the strategies rather than addressing issues.
